Make 2023 the ultimate year of you! For the first time Rebekah Scott and Tiffny Hagan are bringing our courses together to help you create an organized desk and life. The Encourager Academy and Virtual Office Advantage are teaming up to bring you our best tips and short cuts in our proven Encourager Academy 5 Systems and Virtual Office Advantage Piles to Files courses. Over the course of 6 short weeks, we will meet LIVE via Zoom for 1 hour per week to walk through each lesson step by step and answer any questions you have. LIVE coaching with Rebekah and Tiffny!

This combined course will be taught LIVE every Tuesday from 9:00 - 10:00 am CST over six weeks. You'll get live coaching sessions in addition to homework to be done prior to each LIVE session. By the end of the six weeks you will increase your organization, confidence and productivity.

Who are your coaches:
Owner of Rebekah Scott Designs, has been creating and sewing for over 14 years. She has four kids and her team has grown to over 20 women who all work from home so they can spend time with their families. The Encourage Academy was created to share those same systems Rebekah uses daily to successfully manage a family, business and team.
Owner of Virtual Office Advantage, is celebrating 20 years in business as an Administrative Assistant. The “Piles to Files” course (formerly named The Hagan Solution) is THE EXACT system that she has used since her time in Corporate America. Tiffny is a wife and mom of two (almost) grown children and has used this system to integrate her life and business together for over 20 years.
